Anthony Waldrop has been the Home Missions Director since 2013. Tony is the pastor at Glad Tidings in Oil City, Michigan. Pastor Tony grduated with a diploma through M.P.B.I. (Michigan Pentecostal Bible Institution) and has been a credentialed minister since 1988. He also owns his own business called Clean Paws Pet Waste Solution and him and his wife, Julie, also own an adult foster care named Shady Oaks Adult Foster Care. Tony has 3 children; 2 daughters Sabrina and husband Aaron, and Courtney; John who is his only son.
Tony is very passion about Home Missions. During his time as Home Missions Director he has learned that "America's strength is the Body of Christ" walking in "His Annointing" obedient in "His Call." Psalms 33:12 - Blessed is the Nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
Director of Media
Caleb Coleman was elected as the Director of Media during the September 2015 District Convention. Caleb has been a credentialed minister since June 2014 and currently holds his license level with the PCG Michigan District. He is currently working on his degree in Pastoral Ministries at Messenger College. While at Messenger, Caleb saw a need to help promote the Michigan District through websites and social media. Since then he has worked hard on developing this website and new ideas to reach people in the Michigan District and the kingdom of God. Caleb has a passion for ministering in preaching, teaching, worship, and media to people all ages. God is the center of his life, and his life's ambition is to fulfill God's will he has planned for him.
Caleb's parents, Dan and Lorie Coleman, are currently serving as the General Secretary of the PCG. His Granparents, Dan and Bev Coleman, serve as the host for the district's campground. He loves all his family very much, and thanks God for placing him in a Godly family.
Pastor Dan Skirvin has been the President of Michigan Pentecostal Bible Institution (M.P.B.I.) for the past few years. He attended M.P.B.I. School of Ministry years ago, after receiving a Bachelor degree from Oral Roberts University. He completed the required ministry courses to receive a diploma from M.P.B.I., and then began teaching classes in the Study Series, and also many other electives. In 2008, Pastor Dan also received his Masters in Counseling from Central Michigan University.

Barb Skirvin has assisted her husband, Bishop Dan Skirvin, in ministry for 35 years.Together they pastored churches in Bay City and Riverdale, and served together as District Secretary/Treasure with her husband for the last 10 years. Barb has served her church in sunday school, secretary, worship, youth pastor, food pantry, bus minister, ladies minitsry, and has helped out with several fundraisers. She recieved her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Central Michigan University in 2008. She has worked in rehab centers and also as a case manager.
Barb and Dan have raised 9 children. 8 of them were permantly placed in their life through adoption or court placement; Phil, Joe, Jesse, Josh, Deana, Doug, Jason, and Eric. Ben (biological son) is also a great help throughout their ministry career. Spending time with their children and grandchildren is the highlight of their lives.
